All webinar recordings, slides, transcripts, summaries, and other materials on the Site are owned by SDV Insider or its licensors and are protected by copyright and other laws. We grant you a limited, non-transferable, revocable license to view the content for your own professional and internal business purposes. You may not reproduce, redistribute, resell, or publicly display the content without prior written permission.

You agree not to (a) attempt to circumvent registration or access controls, (b) upload or transmit unlawful, infringing, or harmful content when submitting questions, (c) probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of the Site, or (d) use automated means to scrape content without our consent.

The Site may link to third-party sites. We are not responsible for the content or practices of those sites, and their terms and privacy policies apply when you visit them.

The Site and its content are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. Webinar content is for informational purposes only and does not constitute professional, legal, or engineering advice.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SDV Insider and its affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or exemplary damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Site.
